One of my co-workers dogs was skinned alive and thrown back in her yard not too long ago! She found the dog alive but not sure if it lived. The perps were never caught!

Should be pretty easy to take care of the people that did it....just find the apartment complex they were at on the police report....wait till 2 or 3 in the morning when they are all at home...block all exits and BURN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX to the ground. Shoot each and every straggler as they try to get out.
