Originally posted by STROKD View PostYep, got my fridge, few AV amps, tons of movies, games, music, ipods etc... Best Buy is a fun toy store to shop in.
What really pisses me off is fucken mp3s, and their idea that no one wants cd's anymore... so they turn 1/6th of the store with all their selections into like 2 short racks of cd's, which are all mainly new shit from the last week to come out.
Does anyone know of a good fucken cd shop left? There's one in Carrollton off Trinity Mills and Midway, but Id not consider it really great... that place still only had half of what I was looking for.Originally posted by Nash B.Damn, man. Sorry to hear that. If it'll cheer you up, Geor swallows. And even if it doesn't cheer you up, it cheers him up.

I don't know what business model these companies are using but "balance" does not seem to be a word that most know. The big corporations just want to keep expanding and expanding instead of maintaining the business that they already have. I used to love best buy, now I'm afraid of buying things from there because I might have to deal with their customer service department."Any dog under 50lbs is a cat and cats are pointless." - Ron Swanson

The primary function of their job is to ask if you need help. If it bothers you that much, shop online. Take a xanax and shut the fuck up.Originally posted by EW View PostI have never worked for best buy but like most retail businesses, they are trained to greet the customer to reduce theft and make sure the customer's needs are met. The way most customers are, they are annoyed right up until they need assistance and then they are pissed that no one is right there beside them. Can't win IMO.

just because something worked back in the 70's OR 80's when he/she was working at a store, don't mean it's going to work in todays marke!
