  • I just can't imagine outliving your own child.

Last night got a call that my wife's cousin had a seizure and had thrown himself out of bed where he hit his head and died. He wasn't found until 4 hours later when his Mom checked on him. We're all in shock. He has had seizures most of his life but controlled some with meds. He was only 29.

    RIP Jonathon Christie

Being a parent of a soon to be 8 year old boy and soon to be 6 year old girl I can tell you we have had our fare share of scares, that put you in that position. I couldn't cope with it had that happen/happened I don't think. Rip to your family member.

RIP, it is the hardest thing any parent can go through.

When I was a kid one of our neighbors lost 2 of their 3 kids within a year I think. One was maybe 17 or 18, killed in a car wreck. Later, their son had a seizure and passed away, he was 16.

Very sorry to hear thoughts and prayers go with your family.

I know its tough. Its been almost 6 months since we had waited 9 months to meet our second daughter. We never even got to hear her cry. You move on but there is something that reminds you almost every day.

6-25-10 RIP Chloe Rene Daddy loves you always

That sucks man. I know all to well how this feels. My parents have had to burry two of my siblings. One was taken away from us on Christmas eve. And I had one of my nephews (9 yrs old) pass in his sleep one Thanksgiving morning. So I kind of hate the holidays.

                        Prayers to your wifes family.
