Michael Anthony Alcala, 25, of Carrollton was fatally shot in the chest on Oct. 13 in a Far North Dallas parking lot. Undercover narcotics officers had set up a meeting to buy heroin. While the officer should be in prison, the family shouldn't get a fucking dime. Didn't read all the way through, but I bet the flashlight mfr is next. If your son wasn't selling heroin, he wouldn't be dead. Look at it this way... If the cop didn't do it, a junkie would have. So it was only a matter of time from the get go

apparently they had recently changed equipment and the new flashlights switch was in a different location. Didn't know his equipment and is guilty; its his job to at least know where the trigger is.

Not a fan of having anyone point a gun at me for just this reason. Point that shit somewhere else. If you need a light get out your fucking light. Then again I am not a heroin or drug dealer so I guess they get that kind of treatment on a daily basis. I just got pulled over for 11 over, I will gladly sign for the ticket just don't shoot me by accident. lol

I'm sure that's part of it, but $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is probably a big part of it. If it's not, then they should donate all of the money to some charity.
