      I got a nice big steel bumper that cam stock on my 84 chevy so if anyone hits that im going to be fine unless i get rear ended by another person going 50 or more. Then its gonna hurt.

        I'm with you so far. If I lived in an urban enviroment and pulled a trailer once a year, I'd probably leave it in the tool box. Considering I live and work in a small town area, I don't see the need in removing it. It only takes a couple of times cranking it off in your shin to learn to pay attention. As far as hitting someones hitch in a parking lot, I generally don't walk that close to someones vehicle.

          13 Years of driving... 13 of which driving a fullsize truck 90 percent of the time. I never take mine out and I've never backed into anything. I must be the greatest billy-boy on the planet.
