PK is pretty far West. I don't believe they were ever in the path of any of this inclement weather today. But as a parent that's the natural instinct and I don't blame you one bit for trying to get some answers from her. I'm surprised that she seemed so casual about it though.

Kanye: Yeah, I know you're fearing for your life and all, but hopefully, if you survive, I can parlay this for personal gain!

My parents live out there. Talked to them earlier and they just got some heavy rain, lightning, and thunder.

That's a shame. Camping in a lightning storm doesn't seem the brightest of ideas to me.

The whole line came across PK but it was about 2 hours before it got severe.

They won't allow the kids to call home. They said they would inform parents of anything serious. I don't know if these storms hit that area or not. I'm not sure if we have anyone on the board who lives around there. I find it stupid they won't allow them to call home, expect with these storms. Radar looks clear out there now.

Regardless of what "they" say, if my kids were in danger, I would be taking them with me.

                      • Nothing severe here in my part of greenville, I'm in the northern most part. Got some pea sized hail and about 10 minutes of wind and that is all

Cumulonimbus clouds. Typical in supercell tornadic thunderstorms. Eery looking.
