  • Divorce Attourney Recommendations

Well, Found out today that the Ex isn't going to go quietly\easily and I need somebody fluent in legal-ese.

Problem is that the savings account is empty and I have to do this as a pay as you go, monthly payment thing.

The Ex makes a lot more than I and she can afford a battle.

If anyone has a lawyer to recommend, I could really use some assistance.

The lawyer needs to be in Dallas if possible.

    Thanks for any ideas!

Best there is, hands down, period!

That said the best dont come cheap. Kevin is a good guy though, and will sit and talk your case over. There may be persons in his firm cheaper that you can use, and he will advise, or he will recommend someone that will help you.

Kevin and his guys are good, but very expensive, even the baby lawyers. Most divorces are fairly easy, so IMHO after 11 years of practice, the big money family lawyers are for big money people with more complex cases.

PM me and I'll give you the name of a guy in my office that's good and relatively affordable. He doesn't believe in over-billing clients for unnecessary things.

In all seriousness though, sorry you're going through this.

I am in the same boat my freind! I hate to see anyone go through a divorce!
          And Shepherds we shall be

For thee, my Lord, for thee.

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand

Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.

So we shall flow a river forth to Thee

And teeming with souls shall it ever be.

If you down have any major assets, or a disagreement on custody of children, you can pull of a divorce without an attorney pretty easily.

perhaps it's two different females since the peeping tom is a Nrh issue, and the divorce issue is one more suited for Dallas County..If this is the case I guess he just likes punishment already being engaged again..
