Got served at work once, heart dropped and anger set in once I read I had two hours to get home and get some personal stuff outta my house and be gone.

Why? It would be taxed income if you were to spend it on your kids directly. What I would like to see, which would never happen, would be where the money is deposited in a seperate account, and a debit card that restricts what the money can be spent on. Obviously not limited to groceries, but perhaps that would keep the frivolous "mommies lifestyle" spending down at least some, and ensure that more is spent for the benefit of the child.

Best thing a man can do to avoid risk is get'em cut when ur 15. In this state, which I like very much, men are fucked at birth from the courts and precedents already set.
