    Kinda have a hankerin' for these suddenly. I know that Shuck n Jive used to have them but don't anymore. Anybody know of any places that serves it?

      Dodies in Addison has Oyster's Dodies which are fresh shucked oysters drenched in butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, then charbroiled and served with croutons.

                oysters papadeaux are hard to beat.

                Felix's on bourbon has the best charbroiled oysters IMO, if you don't mind a drive/flight to put a craving to rest.

                  I don't like raw oysters or fried oysters, does char broiled make any difference in texture?
