Simple, if the officer tells you to do something and you refuse. That itself is breaking the law. Then they will drag you out of the vehicle and slap you with resisting arrest as well. It's really a no win situation.

I had a group of friends get pulled over coming home from Hooters, Driver got a DWI, but my friends mom was actually there to pick the rest of them up and the cop still hauled all three of them in for PI. Now that is chicken shit.

My wife's best friend was picked up last night for PI for ridding with a girlfriend of hers who should not of been driving. Of course she was legally drunk and bumped into the back of a car in front of her. The car shit tapped (no damage, no signs) called the police and the two women got hooked up. Shitty deal is the passenger who got the PI employed the cop for off duty work at her apartment complex. He would not let her call anyone or wait around for the tow truck or a cab.

Unfortunately for the officer he will be loosing that off duty gig. Unfortunately for her she now has a PI at the age of 30. lol

no there are no pics of the driver or the passenger.

If I'm passenger and my driver hits someone, and the other people call the cops, I sure as fuck ain't sticking around.

Now if you were driving a Cadillac and were involved in a single car accident, I'd at least come bail you out later.
