What part of Mexico? the Cowboys stadium would be cool if shes never been somewhere like that before. If her english is good you can take her to one of the "Heyenas" comedy clubs. Because, depending on the part of Mexico, their food is completely different than tex mex ou get at 90% of restaurants in Texas.

and since different fish live in different parts of the ocean, if I was from Maine, I'd definitely try seafood on the Texas coast. Completely different flavors. I grew up on the coast here, and only eat seafood in coastal cities. So I'd definitely suggest not having it in Dallas that's or sure, unless it's freshwater catfish or trout.
