Hobert can build a great pool BUT the sales person gets any charge backs taken out of their commission if they bid the job wrong. I have seen their sales people cutting unseen corners on a job and really screwing up a new pool to avoid their commission being cut.

Robertsons Pools and Claffey Pools also do outstanding work.

We're elated to share that Robertson Pools, a leading Dallas-area pool design and construction company, has earned a top 10 ranking with Pool & Spa News

        1. Go with a salt system
        2. Go with a Vinyl liner

Big spa, heated (although to heat the pool is $$$$$), large tanning ledge, salt water, variable speed pump were our requirements.

Bigger is better also. My last one was 40x20 and the deep end was about 11 or 12 foot. I know I paid the guys digging a little extra. Lucky for me no blue rock like when they did my moms. My pool would always hold temps way better then my moms. Hers would be like bath water when it was 105 out and mine would still be nice and cool. They could be making them thicker now so not sure if that was a factor. Hers is like 26x12 I think.

                  Nice pool goofy.

Mines small... we didn't have room for bigger but now I think we could and should have rearranged it for more swim space. The kids like it and that's what matters the most.

Salt water, agitators in the bottom, and a manta ray equals zero work. The two speed pump was a waste of money though. The only thing the first level would do is lightly move the water. The water sprayers on the side of the pool are nice also when it is really hot out. I miss my pool.
