We'll see. It will probably have to be ordered from what I am told. I still need to decide between Sterling Grey and Performance White. Not sure which I like more. Seems most other people really like the Deep Impact Blue because it looks so close to Sonic Blue.

You can't go wrong with any of those colors. The white, well the 2010-2013 look sweet in white, especially with the glass roof. The sterling grey is whats on my wifes car and it has a lot of metallic flake, giving it some kickass sparkle in the sunlight. The DIBlue is stunning, tough choices...

Can someone tell me how much new car dealer ships mark up these cars? Someone who actually has experience and knows? Or how much a car like this cost to build on an assembly line?

Wait, so the 2013 no longer has oil squirters?!

There goes their ability to take lots of power with a stock bottom end...

From what I gather on Fords website, a '13GT 6M (300A) will start at $31,095.00 this is a base GT with nothing added. A '13 GT premium starts at 35,790.00 this is w/6speed manual.

Most dealerships will come down a little or give you X-plan pricing, you will need to know someone to get D or A plan, Ford doesn't fuck around when it comes to these plans.

Like you could seriously think about buying one right now.

I can wait for some used ones to pop up.

I'm not sure where Steve heard this, but I thought they just tweaked the PCM for more power, I don't see how deleting the oil squirters gains 8HP.

I am not in the market to buy one so I am not that concerned with it. I was just curious. The whole point of assembly lines is to be more efficient, build more, lower cost and all that jazz. I don't have an idea what it takes or how much time to build one but even $25,000 on a $45,000 seems like a lot to build something that is being mass produced.

*Edit* I just remembered to add - the additional 8hp comes from there is no more oil squirters for the 13's.

Regarding the oil squirters and the 8 hp, here is what I read and copied from another board:

3/19/2012 - Car and Driver, "Ford has found eight more ponies in the 5.0-liter V-8, achieved by applying Boss 302 piston coatings and discontinuing the oil squirts formerly cooling the undersides of the pistons, a function the engineers now believe to be unnecessary based on experience with the 5.0".
                              -------------------
3/19/2012 - Motor Trend, "Let's start with those eight extra horses, which nobody was clamoring for, but are welcome just the same. They were found in Boss 302-inspired calibration changes like making the spark retard a bit less conservative and deleting the oil-squirters that cooled the pistons but were deemed superfluous and a source of windage losses".

My original plan was to wait on the 2013 in the spring, but after looking them over, I decided that I really liked the overall look of the '12 better and I wouldn't be able to touch a '13 for a while at the price that I wanted to pay for one. Very happy with my decision.
