    Give him a bad review on Yelp and be done with it. He may have pissed you off, but doing this will make more than one enemy IMO. Not worth it.

        There are fees to convert foreign currency, meaning you will have failed to pay the correct amount.

                              Paid a parking ticket I got in Colorado with pennies. Got a small box and dumped them all in (no wrappers)...It was chicken SH** ticket for parking in an "alley" next to the vets office. Was towing my camper, only place to park. Dog got hurt on vacation and had to have surgery. Went to pick him up on a monday morning, was inside for 20 minutes...
                              You could get $1 coins....
