  • Go black or stay chrome?

I keep staring at the only chrome part on my car and think it shouldn't be there. The grills. Not sure that I am sold on the black though. The flat black just don't look right and I haven't seen them in gloss black.

What do y'all think? Black it out or stay chrome? Paint mine gloss black or get the flat black ones?

What about the chrome trim painted black, but the gills still chrome.

Neither. Flatten the chrome down, do a brushed-type finish.

I was actually contemplating the exact opposite of that. LOL

The black actually looks good on that, and I'm usually not a fan of that shit. It helps that the car is a sport package, so it has the shadowline trim instead of the chrome garbage all over it. I think it would look good.

Gloss black or that satin black?

I voted gloss, but I really think semi-gloss would match the shadowline best.

Once you go black, your credit is jacked.

Maybe I missed something here. Not too long ago, you were so broke that your water was about to be shut off, and now you're rolling around in a 7 series? Granted, it's 11 years old, but still...

Yeah, you missed a whole lot. The threads are there to be seen.
