Personally, I could care less. Do it right and dont charge me an arm and a leg.
i was kinda surprised. the guy is a total control freak. i had my consult done a month or so ago and he did every step, even the small eye tests that nurses typically handle before you see your regular eye doctor.

the only time he turned it over was to let me talk to his staff to schedule and talk payment.

I read about the cattle in & out comment. Funny, I was there yesterday, and the only person in the waiting room. They knocked off $500 off my price to do my eyes at 7am tomorrow. Early morning here I come.

I've worn contacts for 19 years, so I'm pretty excited.

Not yet, but today. I heard they're expensive. If you still have your drops, I'll buy them off you. Rather than spending $260.

                    I don't have mine yet.

I just bought 2 boxes of the preservative free drops (30ct each) over the counter at cvs for $10ish each so that's pretty cheap.

I just dropped the scripts off, haven't picked up yet but my price with insurance is $60 for both tiny ass bottles. I didn't fill the other two scripts for pain and nausea.

I'd go drop that off at the pharmacy ASAP. There are a few drops you need to start 2 days prior and they may not have it available everywhere.

I went to Boothe in 2005. I still have the glare from lights, but it's not terrible. For the first 6 months I was not confident driving at night because I couldn't judge distance and speed well from other cars. I'm not sure how common this is, but I wasn't prepared for this type of complication.

And the eye drops suck. All the time, eye drops.

Definitely do this. I did mine the week before we switched insurance at work and I found out I could have used it. That was an expensive mistake.

they say age 25 b/c your eyes are still changing so it's in your best interest to wait.

if you take the sedative, then you must have a ride. you have an option to not take a sedative but again it's probably in your best interest to take the sedative so you dont flip out with a laser in your eye.

You cannot drive. Plan on taking a few days off.
