New neighbors, suspicious activity...

New renters moved in next door about 5 weeks ago and I think they are up to no good... EVERY night there are one or two different cars in front of their house (literally) and Im wondering if there is someone in the DPD I can contact to check into it?

I know I sound paranoid, but the "traffic" (people/cars) coming and going from that house just makes it seem really suspicious IMO...

If a couple cars out front was enough to call the cops on someone, the cops would be at my house damn near every day. The mere idea of this is absurd. You're waaaaaaaaaaay overreacting here.
