There's some stuff a buddy gave me from verizon, Technu it will help keep you from getting it (if applied before when going to be around it), can be used to wash the oil off if you think you've gotten into it, and also be used to help treat it and keep from spreading. You'll have to google it to find a supplier.
CVS and Walgreens usually stock Calagel packaged with a small Tecnu cleanser bottle.
