I bet there are some killer tacos out here in SoCal, but they're all sold from trucks and cash only. I never carry cash. I need to get out more.

If they still have El Burrito places out there, it's fucking tasty.

I know you aren't local anymore, but San Diego Taco has a drive thru at both locations.

i had the normal dorito taco and one as a double decker taco. they are okay. salsa verde and cooler ranch are gonna be the ones to murder/death/kill for.

They pre shred all of their lettuce every morning, then put it in a bucket of cold water and put it back in the cooler.

It keeps it from browning, but makes it taste and smell like a plastic bucket.

That's why you go to a relatively busy location.

The one by me seems to have multiple lettuce preps. Lettuce is damn good around 5-6pm weekdays and anytime after 10 weekends.
