Printing Company Referrals

Does anyone here have good experience with a locally owned printing company? I had one but they take forever and even though business cards have been paid for 10 days later I still don't have them.

I don't want to deal with Kinko's/FedEx. I want to work with a small business who is punctual, has fair prices and puts out a quality product.

I am in East Plano and I would like to stay in a 15/20 minute radius.
