And the idiot at APD should've been fired - he lied when they asked (axed?) him about it and only admitted when confronted with evidence.

My dept's rule on that was if you lie during an IA investigation, you've impeached yourself as a witness in court. And if you can't testify in court, the department doesn't need you. Bye!
