I don't know, check out the case and see if getting hundreds of thousands of drugs off the street is worth it.
For the sake of argument I'll go along and say (Insert LEO here) has a solid reason for using a GPS tracker on a suspect. Why then, would they not get a warrant first? If the reasoning is so strong it doesn't seem like it would be an issue. Is it just guys cutting corners?
