I got a good raise and work is piling up. Unfortunately everyone is getting burned out because they won't hire any more. In the meantime, the work load has increased while we had to let go of contractors. Workload up, resources down, yet management still can't understand why we cannot keep up and are always preaching about getting our metrics up.

Went through 8 weeks of training and had to take a 120 question final exam. Have to make an 85 to pass and I made an 83. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 ftl.
