yup...until a hole is blown in the side lol! The blocks are a great design besides that...and the lower end is very strong for being unforged

My buddy has never broken a block. He ran that motor for almost 10 years with just a freshen up every couple years. Finally had to replace the block as the main caps were so worn and warped that the caps had a couple thousanths clearance on the sides. there was so much cap walk it was un real, but it stil ran strong!!

haha! Nice. I wish i never sold my 70', I had a complete cleveland ready to rip, but i didn't have time or $$ major still has some nice close chambered 4v cleveland heads here...someone in town has a massive stock of them that he practically gives out like candy to people he knows

2J...stock block/stock crank. Throw in some pistons/rods/cams and hit 1200-1400rw

while this would be pretty sweet, i think it would be slightly more expensive the either a mod or lsx swap.
