If I ever see another Nutcracker it will be too soon. Both my daughters progressed through the parts in the Nutcracker.

7 years, 6 performances a year, two months of 10 hours a week worth of rehearsals...

I'll be damned if I see another one until one of my daughter's drags me to one of my grandkid's performances (which better be at least 20 years from now!)

I've taken my daughter the past two years. We didn't end up getting tickets this year, but we enjoy it. My parents always had season tickets to Casa Manana and took us to see the ballet and other performances all throughout our childhood.

Go to Del Frisco's or The Reatta. The Reatta is right around the corner from you and it's VERY nice.
