There should be an exception, especially when the bitch intentionally gets pregnant, when having to pay child support. You're fucked, either way you will be ordered for a paternity test. If you want the kid, then man up and take full custody and make her pay. Id document this incident as proof of her inability to be responsible, might not help out at all but its worth a shot.
