had a beagle that did the same, only other thing is when he got in the trash or something off the living room table he would run to the kennel if you stuck your hand in there he would bite your ass.

Picked him up out the pound today! Dont think I have ever seen him this happy. $90 fine & I have to keep him in Rockwall till I have the Kennel built, They gave me 30 days to get it put up & if he is anywhere in Garland I will be Fined $2000, A officer has to come out & approve the Kennel. I have to sink the post holes 18inchs deep & fence has to be 6 ft high & 10x10 & anytime he is outside he has to be in his Kennel

I could, But we rent the house & already got chewed out for putting a Alarm system on the house! I dont want to piss the landlord off anymore

If you can swing it you should think about a hidden fence or whatever those are with the shock collars. Does not seem like you have any more chances.

To clarify - that fence outside of his kennel in case he manages to get out of that by digging/climbing/jumping/chewing. Dogs can be crazy. Train him with it as well, so he knows if he gets out he'll have to deal with that too.
