Police Question.

I was coming up on a left turn at a light and a cop outta no where was 2 cars behind me chirping his siren. No idea if he was after me or what. I get through the yellow light and leave him at the red light. I get to work and hear him in the shopping center still chirping for whatever reason.

So here's my question. If the cop doesn't nail me right away, how long do they have before they have to move on or whatever. Can he spot me a few hours later and pull me over?

If he was after you and it was that important, I doubt he would have stopped at the red light when you went through the yellow.

Maybe his siren was malfunctioning. I've had them stick on and I had to power down the whole system and deadline the car.

limitation on class c is two years. He didnt stop you, so I would worry about the citation in the mail. How can he prove it was you who was driving the car?

If he's 2 cars back and stopped at the red light then you shouldn't get a ticket. If you do that some pretty fucked up shit. But... if he lights were on you should of at least yeilded to him.
