Saw the report on the channel 4 news a second ago. They reported a Mustang GT (looks like a 99-04 silver GT) was racing a Caddy CTS..(didn't look like a CTS-V to me but they only showed it for a second) in an industrial complex and they both lost control and crashed into the kitchen for one of the Dallas county jails.
