Please, before you embarrass yourself further (and make other Americans that are of Mexican/Latin/Hispanic descent look bad), educate yourself so that you can make your argument/point-of-view valid. Now, if you are talking about Naturalization, then please specify that.

I am American with Mexican descent. The one thing I have a problem with is the form the school at some point gives you to say if you are white, hispanic, african, asian, indian, etc. Where is the damn box that sais AMERICAN? It tells you to pick one but my boys are American with mexican, asian, and caucasian descent so I pick all 3. If it were up to me there would be 2 boxes American or Not American. As for the story of this stupid kid and the teacher. The teacher was at work and knew a comment like that would get her in trouble just like the kids comments should of got him in trouble. Outside of work who gives a f*** I would of told the kid to take a hike back also.

Maybe because the box asks for the race, not the nationality? And there IS a box that asks if you are a citizen (AKA American or not) on most forms.
