Best Way to Advertise Your Business

With todays economy going down hill fast, most of us are feeling the crunch. Money is this and business is slim, especially for us in construction.

Anyways, I have thought about several ways to get some good exposure for the dime. Door to door has been a joke. We have tried that in several ways. Mail outs are iffy. Sometimes fair to none. Cant stand the weekly social referral groups. Stopped Yellow Pages years ago. Maybe I need to get back in the Yellow Pages. We have a pretty decent Web Page and we seem to generate business over the net pretty well. I have even thought about generating more INTERNET clicks, but I have heard some good and some bad about this. Problem is that as this area grows bigger, the more paint companies have moved in close. With that being said, the competition is getting strong too.

Bounce some ideals my way in which way you think is a smart way to spend your advertising dollar.

I think I pay $2/month (couch change) and it has been welllllll worth it.

Word of mouth. Give incentive to previous customers who refer to others.

Prices. Compare your prices with other companies.

If I need work like that done I call 3 or so companies and compare prices.
