Does anyone else hate the "courtesy reminder" calls..

I don't mind them. I keep a pretty busy schedule, and doc appts are the last thing on my mind. I always keep them on my calendar, but still forget from time to time. Especially the dermatologist appts. I have to get checkups twice a year now (skin cancer), and those are made so far in advance that I never remember, even when it's on my calendar.
