Not sure what to think on this one. Someone saw something black in his hand, but his phone was in his pocket. The article says no one had issues with him, yet others had filed noise complaints. How accurate is the rest of it?

I am not sure what I would have done in the situation. He threatened multiple neighbors with a gun just moments before (meaning the 9 month old was in his care at the time) Did he make comments about the baby while he was in a standoff with the police? Don't know. The fact is he was going back into his house. One would assume they gave him orders and he decided to go back inside to do what? Who knows. But if he went back in and killed the baby then what? Everyone would blame the police for not stopping him. If they gave him orders and he decided to not obey them after threatening neighbors with a gun, one would assume he isn't going back inside to turn the tv on and watch Jerry Springer.

Long story short, the police should be allowed to kill you if you are going back inside of your house after people have made claims of you having weapons.

Common sense will tell you he knew the police were there for him, and he had many guns pointed at him. Would you walk back inside at that point?
