If I had to pic a picture of what a trigger happy cop would like like, his pic would be in the top five for sure!

Not sure what to think on this one. Someone saw something black in his hand, but his phone was in his pocket. The article says no one had issues with him, yet others had filed noise complaints. How accurate is the rest of it?

At the end of the day, 18' away, with a rifle. That cop definitely had an itchy trigger finger...

I am not sure what I would have done in the situation. He threatened multiple neighbors with a gun just moments before (meaning the 9 month old was in his care at the time) Did he make comments about the baby while he was in a standoff with the police? Don't know. The fact is he was going back into his house. One would assume they gave him orders and he decided to go back inside to do what? Who knows. But if he went back in and killed the baby then what? Everyone would blame the police for not stopping him. If they gave him orders and he decided to not obey them after threatening neighbors with a gun, one would assume he isn't going back inside to turn the tv on and watch Jerry Springer.
Long story short, the police should be allowed to kill you if you are going back inside of your house after people have made claims of you having weapons.

He must have Had his training day Denzel Washington and listened to " everyone you kill on duty has to be your bitch in the after life". Either way it takes some balls to take a shot while someone has a baby in their hands.

It is nice to see you are here defending this guy. Hopefully you will get to shoot at a baby some time, I hear it is quite thrilling.

              Is that "eighteen feet"?

If so, that's hardly a marksman's challenge with a long gun.

Here's 300 feet with my rifle on a business card:

              Yes, that is 3 rounds.

If you can assume so much shit like you did in your post, then I have the right to do the same.

Was a baby holding the business card while being balanced on some deranged guy's hand?

Hey Frost, did you ever have to go up against armed babies in Iraq?

Best way to catch undercover Taliban. Armed babies at DUI checkpoints.

Where are you assuming? I was putting assume because we don't know what was said, just what the media is stating. Common sense will tell you he knew the police were there for him, and he had many guns pointed at him. Would you walk back inside at that point? Sure the neighbors stories were allegations at that point. But you have to take them seriously. I know for a fact you don't want that guy going back inside.

Maybe he didn't think walking back in his house with a kid in his hands was a crime worthy of on the spot capital punishment?
