Worst of it is that the authorities got the green light not for illegal drugs but for downloading textbooks for free

I wonder what drug(s) and which football players were involved.

The war on drugs is an ineffective waste of resources, but these kids have to be smarter than to get caught by it. They knew the rules and took their chances anyway. Lots of good kids never get the opportunity that these kids were given to be there in the first place, so I can't feel too sorry for the ones that fuck it up like this.

Somebody must have forgotten that buying drugs is funding terrorism. Do you know how many nuclear weapons I could get for a joint??? Lots of them! That's how many!!

Yes, because no one ever overdoses on ecstasy or cocaine, nor has there ever been a date rape with drugs on a college campus.

If someone overdoses(like we had happen in one of our stores yesterday) I'm pretty sure it is the person who is ODing that has hurt themselves. As far as ruffies, it is ill advised to legislate against any products worst possible ysage(though I'm honestly not sure what else that stuff was originally intended for). This is like making cars illegal because some people use them in crimes.

Not to mention all the assaults and family violence cases I have been to where the defendant was high on coke or heroine, you name it.

I'm interested too. While I was there it was mostly a lot of weed and kids dealing adderall (I'm sure most colleges are the same.) but last year at a football game the kid in front of me was on his phone asking his buddy to bring some blow to his party that night so who knows. There wasn't much coke while I was there and it certainly wasn't widespread.

TCU campus police just sweep everything under the rug. That's why there's so few drug arrests on record. A girl would quietly leave school because of a mental breakdown (cocaine problem). A girl I knew got turned in by her roommate to campus police because they got in an argument. They searched her room and found more drugs than for personal consumption and just moved her to another dorm. At the time she was dating a dealer that supposedly supplied someone on the campus police but that's just what she said. I do know he continued to deal as I'd run into him from time to time at parties.

TCU is full of rich Texas kids and they are just trying to get them through school with a clean record and keep the school's rep clean at the same time. I was just a baller on a budget with an academic partial scholarship. Hell, even FWPD would let stuff slide. I personally know two people that were let off DWIs by FWPD.

Of course all of this is fiction and for entertainment purposes only.

Have you ever been to a family violence call where no drugs or alcohol were involved?

Selling drugs does not make the buyer a victim. The criminal in a date rape is the one doing the raping.

Careful, because the argument you're trying to make has been used by the same people that think guns should be outlawed because they are used by criminals to commit crimes, and if you think about it, guns are used in a lot more crimes against people than drugs are.

Yes, but whose to say that drugs didn't cause them to lose it? The cases I have handled, family violence involving drugs were more violent crimes then those without drugs involved. Coincidence? Maybe, who knows.
