So I sold a trailer I have that I used to haul a couple of motorcycles around in, it's a 10x12 trailer I believe. Not sure if I can find the title for it. How easily could I get it registered in the new owners name since the tag has expired. I've been working long hours so I haven't had time to call or stop by the DMV to ask. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Tell the dps/ dmv it's a home made trailer and you only haul 1000lbs and they will sell you a tag . No need for a title .The only difference between a tax man and a taxidermist is that the taxidermist leaves the skin. -- Mark TwainComment
