How easy is it to hack an Xbox Live account with only the username?

I doubt it is very difficult. Get on xbox.com with the username and hack it, access the billing information, done.

We had this exact same thing happen in South Arlington. The hoax caller/message relay service contacted us about a distubance in the a house. All the updates we keep getting indicated one of the siblings inside of the house was shooting his sister and father. Then stated he would shoot any police officers if they attempted to enter the house. Luckly we were able to call the family out of the house via PA system and no one got hurt.

No. It is the same situation where we would have to get a subpoena to find out. I believe the higher ups just let this one go since swat was not called out and we did not have to force entry into the location.
