Do we have any intellectual property attorneys on the board?
I'm looking to find a corporate attorney in the area to consult on writing legal disclaimers. Anyone have a suggestion or relative that is well versed in intellectual property/disclaimed liability clauses? Possibly specific to software.

you dont need an IP lawyer for a disclaimer, non disclosure, or non compete document(s)
you probably just need a buisness lawyer with some specialty work in consumer liability.Comment
