Haha, right. Usually my instinct is to full throttle, but this time I immediately slowed down. Maybe it being a bike cop made me slow down.

I'm not sure if I have a fighting chance even with a lawyer though. I just think it's strange we both got cited for the exact same speed when there was a bit of distance between us.

Jim Lollar handled mine for 108 in a 60 in FTW. I ended up paying 235.00 for ticket and deferred.

EDIT- you do NOT stop on a sportbike when doing 35+ mph. Anything lower, yea, id stop, but when its "go to jail' speed, fuck it, downshift and ride like a mofo.
