That's why I RARELY ever write those. If the person is doing over that and I know that they have DL, INS, no history, etc. I always write it for 24 over so it won't go on their record.

this cop was a fucking retard though...didnt check my inspection (which has been out since i bought the thing 3 years ago) didnt say shit about me not having an m endorsement, or the fact i had no mirrors..just interested in the speeding..
