I think you might consider yourself lucky, can't they haul you in and tow your shit for wreckless endangerment at that high of a speed?

25 and over makes you ineligible.

That's why I RARELY ever write those. If the person is doing over that and I know that they have DL, INS, no history, etc. I always write it for 24 over so it won't go on their record.

Same thing happened to me and a buddy. Same mph, same tickets. We both just paid it.
            Vortex rear stand $75
            8.8 410s. $50

but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy shit!!!.. what a ride!"

Use James Mallory. He got me out of an 85+ ticket a few years ago, plead it to $200, then to $120, I wrote him a check, then a few weeks later, I got my $120 back in refund (he plead it to zero). Not bad for a $35 fee.

Thanks. I'll call him on Monday and see what his advice is.

I did call Jim Lallor and their assistant pretty much said in Grapevine you just pay it. I bought up the both ticketed for the exact same speed and got transferred to a lawyer and he said he could go to court for me if I wanted, but in Grapevine it would probably fall on deaf ears.

And consider yourself lucky that the ticket wasn't for 154/60.

Jim Lollar handled mine for 108 in a 60 in FTW. I ended up paying 235.00 for ticket and deferred.

Or he was being very nice to you.

There's times I just write one ticket when you have 5 you can write.

This, I usually won't write more than one unless you are a dick.
