I worked at a call center for a week, trying to get tech experience. One week was all it took for me to realize that they couldn't pay me enough to work with most of those people.

When I was a cop, I was constantly making warrant arrests from call centers. I think you are required to have a felony conviction or atleast have 2 tear drop tattoos in order to get hired.

We had a tornado warning a year ago, the alarms went off in the building and almost all of these idiots stood in the center of the building 8 stories beneath the glass roof (I work at the Infomart).
Dude, we have wayyyy more than just call centers at the infomart.

The motor jocks used to call it Call Center Bingo. Stop five cars leaving the parking lot (you never had to look very hard for a violation) and you're guaranteed at least one warrant hit.

They do the same thing in Grapevine as the "late shift" gets off from Gamestop.

True, but for the majority of "professional" jobs people with hand as well as face and visible neck tattoos aren't even considered for higher end positions.

I'm talking senior management, director, vp level and above careers, not just long term jobs.

I'm not saying there aren't exceptions.

I have "acceptable" (chest, back, and two half sleeves) tattoos, those that I can cover with a polo. The reason I personally chose not to go any further was because I didn't want to eliminate myself from certain career advancement if someone ever had to make the choice.

I worked at a small deli/restaurant from when I was 16-20. If you came in and filled out an application and had neck tats, sleeves or any other trashy looking tats your application went straight in the trash if you were applying for any position not in the kitchen.

Crackheads and meth dealers are exempt.
