Recommendations for health insurance?

I'm currently on a Humana One, and they're jacking up my rates this year, so I need to shop around. Anyone have any recommendations on a health insurance company that's good to their policy holders and doesn't cost an arm and leg?

I know but there's always hope. Hell, I have never even used it which is one reason it pisses me off that they are raising my rate.

My current plan is affordable, but the deductible is high, which is ok until I'm employed again and have access to an employer sponsored plan.

I'm on BCBS that I pay for myself and except for having to argue with them over a couple things that they eventually paid I'm pretty satisfied.
