In an ideal world, yes. Att has received millions of taxpayers dollars from teh gubment for infrastructure improvements, yet we'll likely see rates jacked over "network expansions ".
Sent from my iPhail eleventybillion
Well hell, I'm sure that makes them feel a whole hell of a lot better about the $100 Billion they've spent in North American capex over the last 5 years. ATT spends more $ in United States capital investment than any company in the world.

I want to like Slow99 since people I know say he's a good guy, but just about everything he posts is condescending and passive aggressive.
Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Neato. Now does all that money make them more money in the future? Because I'm pretty sure that when you sell every single one of your customers a high end multimedia device, with the promise of streaming music, videos, playing every fucking game in the world, sending emails, browsing the internet, etc., it's a little bit absurd to punish them when they actually use it.

Now give the att apologist time for his rebuttal lol

Don't mistake my disdain for being anti them making profit. I'm anti slimey business practices.

I don't give a fuck if anyone likes ATT; i don't like them. It's a little absurd to imply they're raping customers when data network usage has increased 8x and post paid ARPU has increased about 10% over the same period.

I reset my stats yesetrday, watched a few Youtube videos (like maybe 14 or 15 of at least 4 minutes or longer) and have been stremaing iHeart Radio for just about 2 hours. My total recieved is 178 megs
How the hell can you stream that much to use over 5 gigs?

When I didn't use wi-fi at all, I would stream pandora, Facebook, check and send from 5 email accounts, surf tapatalk, do all of my web surfing, do our mobile website testing, do my app updates, download new apps, and stream movies and shows on netflix, and I'd hit 5-7G easily. Now, I'm automatically set to connect to wi-fi at home and at Robert's shop, so I haven't hit 2G in several months.
I'm on the old plan with my 2.5 year old 3GS that's still kicking, and besides in the car on iHeart radio, I barley use any outside of a wifi. Now I'm curious as to how much the music apps use on 3G.
