You shut your whore mouth, Matt!
That will be the day I take the kids and hide out in the woods for a month.

LMAO. This is a wife that knows. My wife is the same way. When we have family over, she knows to tell everyone the garage is off limits. We have a fridge in the garage where we keep all of our drinks and alchohol and people tend to want to go out there to get something to drink. She knows if someone goes out there and gets too close to the cars I'll go off. lol.

What do you do in that situation, Steve? Send them a threatening email immediately?

I'm already getting the kids trained to get in and out of the passenger side and sliding over, like they did when the fox-body was in the garage.

Wow, good luck on that target date. I was up at the dealership on Sat. and the 13's are not due til Aug/Sept. From what I understand the factory is closed and re-tooling, Job One is due to hit in June and the Cobra not til Feb. of 13. You know how them shady ass salesmen are, they will tell you anything...

Oh well, just means my down payment will keep getting bigger. It'll be sweet if I only have to finance $15k by the time it hits the dealership and I sign the papers.

I'm betting we'll see them start showing up mid-April/early June at the latest.

I'm just playing-around on the first scratch. I'm pretty anal about scratches and whatnot, so there's no way I'll own a nice one. If I bought a new one I'd probably only drive it 500 miles a year or something for fear of it getting messed-up

I guess they are retooling the factory for months to build the same fucking car they built last year? I would have told that moron to shut the fuck up.

                          I'm the same way.

                          No bad weather.
Hand washes only with microfiber sponges.
I don't leave it anywhere it's not in direct line of sight in parking lots , no parking under trees and always park away from everyone.
Detail spray and towel in the trunk to wipe it down in case of unavoidable puddles. Don't drive behind trucks that throw rocks.
                          Waxed every weekend.

Jeezes, it's a car not a baby! LOL

The way I see it, it's a car that was meant to be driven thru wind, rain, sleet and snow, so if it gets a scratch, it gets a scratch. I'd be pissed, but... not for too long.

Haha, I know. It's abit extreme for some. If it's a toy, I keep it as detailed clean as possible. That includes taking the wheels off once a month, cleaning the backside of the wheels, the suspension and fenderwells. The same with the gas tank cover and exhaust. I keep our daily drivers clean too, but not that extreme.

I hand washed my daily once in almost 2 years. If it gets washed at all, it's the drive thru car eash for $3 (maybe done that 3 or 4 times), or when it gets taken in for service (Grapevine Ford seems to like to wash it for some reason).

Now that Ford is making another Yellow Stang..... it's tempting. Or maybe the lime green looking one!
