I'm no expert but have done a couple ride-ins with FWPD and they seem to spend 3 times as long to write reports as the actual "police work" they do. Sometimes they save it up through the day when it is busy, but then have to block off some time to catch up.

Then again, the guy I rode with is old and could barely see to write.
