We have them in the front and rear of our tahoes. We laughed the other day, this chick we took to jail tried every trick in the book not to go for her third felony theft. Med unit came out for her heart attack ,and said shes good, then she tried acting like she was dead in the back set, then as we got to the jail she had her pants down and said we raped her. I laughed and asked her if she wanted to watch the video of the back seat ride over. She got real quiet for a minute and then started acting like she didint know where she was.I wear a Fez. 2 questions
is there any law, at least in texas, that police can not be video taped? after all there are dash cams that are released to the public sometimes after an incident, so i dont see a citizen doing it as being any different.
and when houston pd took the ladies memory card, could that be considered theft or illegal search/seizure?sigpic
