She texted me the other day asking if I went to the county because she hasnt paid in a couple months and I said no. She said they were calling her and being real ugly about it.

The kicker is, she only pays $60/month for 2 kids. I told the judge I wanted whatever the state minimum was though. I didnt want the money, just wanted to make sure they were in a stable house.

You can disagree with it all you want. It is what it is. I've never received a single penny. I went back to court, and a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest, that later disappeared in to thin fucking air. In fact, the OAG took it upon themselves to close the fucking case, since there was never a payment made, without consulting me first. So now, I'm up shit creek, and owed roughly $19,000 that I will never see. It's not like her payment is astronomical. It's $160/mo, which is 20% of minimum wage.

To add to that, they called me several times trying to locate her. I gave her cell #, home #, and address. Then she was in state custody at a state run rehab facility, and I gave them the address and phone numbers there, too. She's in STATE FUCKING CUSTODY, and they can't find her? That's believable. I just received a letter one day from the OAG that the case had been closed. Just like that.

They started this year charging a $3.00 fee from Moms & $25 at the first of the year for child support.
