    Self employment is your best bet to make any real money. A few of my clients do courier services or commercial landscape.

    Legal courier is a pretty good gig. Get in with a few lawyers and ferry their documents and subpoenas to and from the court or person being subpoenaed. I thought about doing it as a second income, but just got a promoted so I don't have the time.
