I am trying to get a police incident number and any info available for a motorcycle accident. It was on Central Expressway, direction unknown, around Southwestern on Sunday night around 2300. It was my Brother and he is still sedated and we are trying to piece everything together. I found a WFAA tiny article on it, but we are looking for more specifics. Please PM me if you have any info. Agreed. Our PD takes about 2-3 business days for a CR-3 to be available to the public via the records clerk.

Thats the problem, my parents and multiple others have spent a total of roughly 6 hours on hold trying to get in to the DPD. Is there any tips to getting to a actual person to talk to?

PM me any identifiers you can. Name, DOB, addresses, license plate, VIN... whatever.
