Didn't say they can't attack, said they won't unless aggravated or feel threatened. And I don't think a two year old is menacing enough to provoke an attack from four dogs. That's why I think they're severely mistreated or they weren't boxers, which are one of the most family friendly breeds out there.
This shit makes pisses me off. I bet these parents were high and fell sleep.
Cbs news said Four white dogs attacked him. The two white dogs i saw in the video were boxers... who knows what the other 2 dogs were.
(I honestly dont care what breed the dogs are, those dogs need to attack those parents instead)
The news reporters quotes that he got from the neighbors:
"It wasn't unusual to see them(dogs) get out from time to time"
"It wasn't unusual to for the boy, that young toddler to wander away to other houses from time to time"
This could have been prevented if the neighbors would have called Animal Control and CPS if this seemed to always happen "time to time"
and is there no law for keeping that many dogs? I live in an HOA neighborhood and our limit is 3 i believe.

Typical news journalist, just keep changing the story, don't worry about getting accurate information or how many times you need to revise the thing to make it sound the way you want.
LAKE WORTH, Texas - A child was rushed to the hospital Monday afternoon after being attacked by at least four dogs.
The incident happened in the 7800 block of Eastland Avenue near Lake Worth in Tarrant County.
The sheriff's department said an 18-month-old boy crawled through a pet door and managed to get into his family’s backyard while his parents were asleep.
There were four boxers and several other dogs in the yard. They bit him around his head and face.
Neighbors said they ran to help after they heard screams. The boy was bloody and in pretty bad shape when he was taken by ground ambulance to Cook Children’s Medical Center, they said.
The sheriff's department does plan to take the four boxers for observation.
Also, the boy's grandmother was detained for allegedly assaulting a neighbor who confronted her about her dogs' aggression. It is unclear if she faces any criminal charges.
Kucker said there were four boxers and at least two other dogs in the yard; investigtors believe four of the animals were involved in the attack.
Tempers and fears are hot in this neighborhood. Neighbor Tiffany Shaw told News 8 that these dogs have attacked before and that deputies have responded.
"So I called the police. The police came out, maced one of the dogs and told me that they [the owners] would be receiving a letter in the mail and that they'd have to get rid of the dogs," she said. "There'd be a huge fine if they weren't able to afford. Nothing's happened since then; it's been over like two months ago."
Deputies had to restrain the victim's grandmother with handcuffs after she attacked a neighbor in a quarrel over the dogs.
"I'm mad as hell!" yelled the grandmother, who owns the four dogs that attacked the child.
The canines will be quarantined by animal control during the investigation.

The two white dogs they showed on this morning's news sure looked like boxers. They weren't pit bulls.
All that really matters is that they were dogs. Sucks for the kid.
agree, some of the most dominant/aggressive dogs I've encountered were boxers...
granted, some of the most harmless dogs I've encountered were boxers, but it doesn't surprise me to hear about aggressive ones. especially inbred-ass white ones
any time you have a pack of dogs, regardless of the breed (well, maybe not real small dogs) you have the risk of pack behavior that can lead to attacks/maulings and even death. Remember, every breed can be traced back to the Wolf.
I've had to feed my boot to quite a few boxers. I've seen some jump or climb 12' fences. They're very high energy animals, and if the owner doesn't help them burn that energy, they can get mean.

lmfao. According to you, if it's not an Aussie Shepherd, it's a devil dog deserving of a breed ban.
1 in 4 boxers born are white. It has absolutely nothing to do with being inbred.
