Good place to go dock/bank fishing near Frisco?

Want to take my 5yr old girl fishing sometime soon but don't know where to go. Not a DFW baller, so not boat.

Where is an easy place to go that we might catch something?

I think the Pier 121 Marina has a fishing barge but I couldnt find reference on their website.

If she takes any interest in it, you might consider taking her to see something like an Aquarium at Cabela's or Bass Pro Shops.

If you're looking for a nice day trip but not too expensive, the Parks and Wildlife has a really nice place in Athens.
